Our Ultimate 105 Camp is for the serious high school lacrosse player that is looking to take his game to the next level. Our staff is committed to providing the individual specific training you need, and the game experience you desire. Our staff knows what it takes to reach the next level and will help you become the ULTIMATE lacrosse player you want to be.

Rising Stars Agenda:

7:30am - Wake-up for Overnight Campers
8:00am - Breakfast
9:00am - Day campers arrive
9:05 - Camp Stretch/Attendance
9:15 - Plyometrics and Lacrosse Specific Conditioning
9:45 - Camp divides into Position Specific individual instruction. Many of the individual sessions will be video taped and analyzed after lunch in our X and O session.
12:00 - Lunch
1:00 - Collegiate Recruiting Round Table Discussion/Guest Speakers
2:00 - Situational Instruction in a game senario. For example: Fast Breaks, Man Up/Man Down

3:30 - Team Games with a "focus area" (will work on specific techniques during play)
5:00 - Dinner
6:00 - Team Games. All games will be video tapped
8:00 - Day campers are picked up.
8:30 - Overnight: Free time: Movies, lectures and video analysis of the games played that day.
10:30 - Lights Out
